La Forge Bistro Bar & Grill: A Culinary Gem in Mont-Tremblant

Food was great. Atmosphere was fun and the best of all, we must’ve have the absolute best waiter in town. Martin. A true asset this guy. He was funny, attentive, kind and quick. Made the experience even better. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at this restaurant for our after ski. We had drinks, melted brie cheese and oysters and everything was delicious. The oysters were very fresh! Our waitress was very kind and brought everything to our table without too much wait. We sat on the terrasse under the heat lamps and it was very cozy even though it was -9C outside. We would definitely go back again!

We tried to grab 2 seats at the bar and the hostess informed us that the main floor was completely booked and offered us seats "upstairs". Wow! What an upgrade! It was uncrowded spacious and full of natural ambient light with views of the resort. One of the coolest interiors I have ever seen! Massive wood rafters and vaulted ceiling, Horseshoe shaped bar, superb food and the greatest staff ever. We ordered light side dishes and a Caesar salad with grilled chicken which was superb! We also had sauteed mushrooms and carrots. I have to learn how to suatee like they do it. They must have placed them in the oven to dry them out and reduce them. The flavors were as satisfying as a steak! Carrots were also perfecting sauteed in butter and maple syrup. We loved the place! The chefs were very capable, everything that came out of the kitchen looked tantalizing. I love to see a kitchen with a real wood fired oven. The meat and chicken is properly charred by a real fire and it has that great charred taste.

This place is just fabulous. I visited the village for my anniversary with my partner and drove all the way from Toronto. Had a fantastic experience here and quality of food. We tried Salmon and the steak. It was nicely marinated and well cooked. We loved the ambiance and the scenery from the restaurant. Highly recommend.

While it is on the expensive side, the quality of food, service, and ambiance make it absolutely worth it for any special occasion. Our server was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely funny. He took the time to understand our tastes and made excellent recommendations, which we happily followed. Every dish we tried was fantastic, especially the seafood, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. From start to finish, everything about our evening at La Forge Bistro was top-notch. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience, this place is a must-visit!

We were a group of 20 for dinner and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience! We received exceptional service from Francois- attentive, witty and personable with excellent knowledge of the menu. The food was delicious, beautifully presented in a cozy atmosphere. Excellent wine selection. Martinis were on point! Looking forward to returning.

We just recently visited La Forge during a family trip to Mont Tremblant. The food menu is not extensive, but what we ordered was good. Our server, however, is why I rate this restaurant a 5. Sam did a great job of keeping our drinks full, making sure we had what we needed, and keeping us laughing all night. Unlike some of the other restaurants we visited, Sam made our party feel like he enjoyed having us at his table. We had such a good time that we came back again the next day! Overall, the restaurant was very accommodating to our large party and we never had to wait for anything. The service was great!

friendly staff and great service; philly sandwich is delicious and filling, the jalapenos margarita is AMAZING, cosy atmosphere, the only negative point is that there’s no wifi
